Augenstein Family Dentistry

The hygienist got angry when I asked her to wash her hands because I am allergic to latex and she had put latex gloves on before she realized I was allergic. She was wearing hand braces of some sort and was angry that she had to take them off, I guess. Then she sighed and told me that there was latex everywhere from her wearing latex gloves all day -- on her sleeves, on her braces. And that was after I told her that I could have an anaphylactic reaction from latex. BTW: Shouldn't she be washing her hands before and after EVERY patient anyway??? Also, after she was wearing non-latex gloves she proceeded to touch a pen, the PC mouse, the x-ray equipment, buttons. So she was contaminating what were supposed to be sterile gloves.

I do not feel safe or protected in her hands. Love Dr. Moore, but do not want to have that hygienist ever again. And I think she is dangerous and doing a disservice to the entire practice with her unsafe habits. Someone should give her a lesson in dental practice hygiene.

Augenstein Family Dentistry is a very professional office. The staff is courteous and respectful.

I have been with Augenstein Family Dentistry for well over a decade, and I can not find a single negative to mention, sound strange....well its true. Little or no waiting, always a friendly staff Dr. A is always helpful, guiding along with being a superb dentist I have truely found a home there.

As always very professional and helpful.

Everyone did a fantastic job. I feel like I have new teeth. And there was no pain.
