This time, the results were the absolute BEST EVER.

Yvonne did an awesome job. I have had so many compliments.

She took great care to make them fine, which is what I like, blended in with my own color and a fair amount of regrowth.

everyone was warm welcoming and charming.I almost backed out at the last minute.... They made me very happy...... I went from washed out.... dull.... grey and white long hair..... to a golden blond bombshell beauty...Thanks I cant wait to continue my upkeep as the newest blond bombshell at work and in my neighborhood .....Luv u ....Florence

I brought a friend along with me and been telling her how much I like Aveda. She did NOT have that same experience. She noticed how hurried and sloppily dressed her master student was, as did I. I got a head massage while she was already out of shampoo. She informed her student that she had a bit of product in her hair and was she sure it was washed out, the reply was "I'm pretty sure". Even my student commented on how fast my friends hair cut was! My student was Erica, hers was Emily, both masters.
We were across from each other and i don't know how her student didn't notice her very painful face as her hair was getting pulled, she asked several times to please take it easy and nothing changed, It was so obvious on her face I felt so bad and also embarrassed that I brought her. her hair cut was done in under 40 minutes, i was there for 1.5 hours. I've been going to Aveda for over 6 years and have never had a cut that short. Our appt was at 6pm so maybe the student wanted to hurry out of there? There was a couple other comments my friend made about the student being short and rude with her once they got downstairs and she asked to be brought back up so she could wait for me on that bench. I'm leery of recommending and bringing another friend. i hope this was just a one time occurrence and hope this would get addressed with the hair dresser? Thank you : )

First I will say I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I planned on writing this one even before I received the email asking for my feedback. Aveda always has great service and I'm always satisfied - and the staff at Aveda Institute St. Pete is always welcoming. This time, Sheena cut my hair, and she did an awesome job - exactly how I wanted it. Plus, she's super friendly and asks for your opinion along the way. For sure I will book my next appointment with her! Thank you.

Erika gave my hair and I an awesome experience! I would definitely go back... But I hear she's graduating soon. Oh well... Maybe another good student will be able to cut my hair. Thanks again, Erika

Service was very good and the quality of the haircut was excellent. The student who cut my hair was very friendly and made sure that she was giving me exactly what I wanted while also giving some suggestions along the way.
