The staff was friendly and professional. Comfortable atmosphere. However I do not know much about cars. And I feel that was exploited when I came to get my car serviced and was quoted $366 after the diagnostics test said I need to change my spark plugs and wires... I've gone multiple times and felt overcharged each time. This was the last time as I will not be coming back.

I just want you to know Chris that we use good quality parts that do cost more than your "Bargain" brands. We have found over the 40 years of working on cars that investing in a better quality part up front is less expensive in the long run. We,and you, only want to do the repair once, right? If you still would rather have an "cheaper" part, we can do it but we really don't recommend it. If you have any other question please contact me directly.
