I just had two fillings. How fun can that be? Nonetheless, the procedure was very professional and done very quickly. The staff is great, I was seen the moment I walked in, and the environment is friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend Dr Waters.

The Dr. and staff are very courteous and conscientious and the facilities, equipment, and techniques are up to date. Their manner with patients is excellent. The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth did an excellent job - a few pain points here and there, but she would move on and try to minimize it - and in the end, she didn't take any short cuts and did an excellent job.

Care was not given to ensure that the tooth being addressed was the tooth that the patient had specifically identified. The end result was Dr Waters performing a filling replacement on the wrong tooth. This occurred after the patient had a detsailed discussion with the dental tech and Dr Waters separately about the tooth in question. There was also a previous discussion about the tooth the week before the procedure during a routine visit. In all cases, the patient specifically mentioned the "second tooth from the back". There should have been no mistaking this.

I have felt previously that Dr Waters has not been very thorough in her routine examinations. Those exams always seem to be rushed due to the tight scheduling of patients. She spends much less time with each patient discussing their overall dental health than previous dentists I have visited. This most recent experience has validated those concerns for me. She simply does not provide enough basic attention to detail and is more concerned with selling supplemental services such as cancer "screens". Once Dr Waters corrects this most recent error, I am not sure I have enough confidence in her practice to continue visiting her office in the future.

Couldn't be better. In this appointment, she replaced a cracked crown, start to finish, all in one visit. Shot twice to block all pain. She's the best dentist I've ever been to. Staff's great, too.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Waters for several years. We had tried a couple of other dentists in the area and were then pleased to find Dr. Waters. She still practices personal dentistry, not the assembly line dentistry found at so many other practices these days. She listens to your concerns and takes a personal interest in each of her patients.

I was afraid because Andrea is the only one who knew my sensitive spots but Dr Waters did great!!
