Can't say enough about the quality people at Turnagain Dental. Dominic and the crew were wonderful, and I went home with my mouth feeling great, even with getting prepped for two crowns.

one and a half hour teeth cleaning is despicable. Wait 30 minutes 30 min teeth cleaning 30 wait for the dr 5 min okay.

To say that I am scared of the dentist is an understatement...so writing a positive review recommending this clinic is something I thought I would never do. ;) The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Dr. Wenzell was very gentle and thorough and after my first visit I felt I could trust him to do the right thing the right way. Right now they are preferred providers for United Concordia, and if I had any (minor) complaint it's that they aren't going to be preferred providers when the military switches over to Met Life in May 2012, although the staff took their time to explain why, and also to explain that the difference between the two will be nominal. So, I plan on coming there even after the switch. Bottom line is that I have finally been able to find a dentist I trust..and for me, that is incredible. :)

We really love your practice. Billy needs alot or work so we changed insurance companies to try and cover some of it. I called ahead to see if you were a PPO for Concordia and was told yes so I enrolled at work. After our exams and checking out I realized you are not a PPO but you accept this insurance. Therefore it was over $300. vs $0. I would never have booked myself if we had been given the correct information. Needless to say I am very disappointed in receiving the wrong info.

Dr. Wenzell is by far the best dentist I have ever had, he is very thorough,gentle and has a great personality. I love the staff as well, they are friendly and wonderful and all the hygenists are very gentle. I highly recommend Turnagain Dental to anyone!!!
