I went for a haircut, primarily a trim. I ended up getting way too much hair cut off. The owner cut my hair, and I think she was "scissor happy." The owner says she doesn't look at the natural hair care video's on you tube. How does one own "a natural hair care" business and not be keep abreast of you tube natural hair videos. She didn't even now about making flax seed gel, which is used by many women with natural styles.

Very pleasant surprise. I have never received such excellent service before in a hair salon. From the moment I walked in . I was greeted, signed-in and given a tour of the salon. Atmosphere was awesome.
Everyone was professional, but friendly. Name tags on so you could easily identify each person. Great Job!!

As always, my hair is FABULOUS! The health of my hair has greatly improved since coming to Lavish. Because hair textures are different, Sabrina customizes each client's treatment. No "cookie cutter" regimen here. Lavish Hair Spa is a relaxing retreat. When you leave, your hair feels refreshed and revitalized. Don't you want to be LAVISHED?!

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Staff are very friendly and attentive. A very hospitable and inviting atmosphere. I was drawn to the salon given that it has extended hours for those who work 8-5 biut i was greatly pleased with my natural care experience of two strand twists
