I love your office and all the staff! I just took my 7 year old in for his first eye exam/glasses experience and it was great. Everyone is very friendly and so helpful!

However, I was very disappointed with my appointment. I have been going to Johnson Optometric for many years. I have never waited like I did the other day. I was on time and was there for a full check up. However, I was not called back until at least 20 minutes after my appointment time (maybe 30). I did not see the doctor until 1 hour and 5 minutes after my appointment time. I realize that there is a buffer up front for paperwork, and I realize the assistant rungs many tests, but I should not be at the office for two hours!
It was a great appointment anf felt I was well faken care of.

I like that most of the folks that I deal with know me and my family pretty personally. Julie and Jim are great in the lab and make picking out new frames so easy. My experience is always good and Dr. Hammond is wonderful.
