Gary's Automative in Orleans and, particularly Tony have been abosolutely stellar in their customer service, ability to accomodate my schedule, quality work, details, advice, and price. On my first visit to Gary's, the new part had a manufacturer's defect. Gary's took my car back in immediately and replaced it on the spot. I have, after only 2 experiences, become a loyal customer. Great job Tony and, Gary's in Orleans!
I appreciated the honesty and time taken to explain the status/condition of my vehicle.
The service was good but I had trouble getting the car in because I could not make an appointment. I was told to leave my car and they would do it sometime.
It is not convenient to leave my car. I would rather have an appointment and wait for it to be done when it is less than an hours work.
The guys were courteous and delivered as promised. I've been going to Gary's for about 8 years now and would recommend them to everyone.

We're always happy with the service we receive at Gary's in Orleans. We've been going there for years and Tony has always made sure we were well taken care of! We did try another place once- silly mistake- we had to go back to Gary's to get the problem fixed right.
