I've been a customer for about five years. Image creators is great at all the services I use - pedicures, hair, massage and facials. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have had many facials from image creators before and I have never had a problem before my appointment last Sunday. I have pretty good skin and had made the appointment to just come and relax on mothers day. Whatever products the facialist used was different then what I have used in the past and my skin has had a horrible reaction. I look much worse then before the facial. My face is covered in tiny red bumpy rash like pimples, and I never break out. I would consider going back only because I have never had a problem before, and only if the kept track of what products they used on that occasion and not to that service provider. She was professional, but obviously did not understand my skin.

I had a wonderful spa day! The staff is the friendliest of any spa I've ever been to. It is apparent that the staff enjoys what they do and they do it well!
