Ilos is probably the best run business in Washington when it comes to customer service. Everyone is cheerful, informed, with a great a sense of humor! Not only did I get a great haircut I was just blown away by Terry's story about preparing the speach he will give at his son's graduation...the effort he is putting in and the great reference to "Chalky" White. Is America a great country or what? Ilos is a pleasure!
I am certainly not one of Ilo's many glamorous clients but everyone in the Salon certainly makes me sure my needs are very important to them. I always leave feeling the warmth of the staff, the relaxing glow of the place and, yes, even feeling about as glamorous as I can be.
Kim and Kristjun both did an amazing job!! I always have a blast with Kristjun and I LOVE the color that Kim gave me :-) Looking forward to my next appointment!!

All services were excellent from the friendly and efficient receptionist to the sleep inducing head massage during my hair wash and of course, Darren who gives great attention to my haircut and is a delight... A professional, clean and friendly atmosphere.
