Shepherdsville Dental

My trip to Shepherdsville dental was amazing. From the first phone call I felt comfortable and at home. They were very Jo.est and professional. Then I went in and the whole experience was top notch. Barb was the lady who cleaned my teeth and she was awesome. She really has a heart for her work. She loves teeth and knows her stuff. She loves people as well and you can tell she cares. The whole staff does. I'll never go anywhere else. I'm not one too do surveys or comment on these thibgs, but these ladies where that good and made my experience as painless as possible. They were also a lot less expensive them anywhere around for top quality professional work. Now they don't take my widest and sons insurance, and ill prob still pay out if pocket for them to go there. They made a friend with me and my family. Thanks Barb and Shepherdsville dental. Another satisfied customer. I even posted about my experience to my 3000 friends on Facebook and found many ppl who have dental issues and are seeking a great dentist. I'm sending them all their way- Their that good- Thanks again:)

I was wanting to talk with someone there regarding the new whitening treatment KOR but after I waited for 4 hrs they took me to the chair in the back and the dentist came in and they were trying to rush because it was time to go home by that time. So therefore I didn't even get to talk to him about the pros and cons of the treatment. Then they had the nerve to charge me first for $24 bucks and then when I didn't pay them for nothing then they sent another bill for $45 with late charges!! This is not right. It took 4+ hrs of my time and fuel and got nothing accomplished !!!! The dr was soooo RUDE to me
So don't go

It is a pleasant experience coming to Dental office The Girls are pleasant ,cheerful and Care about the patients. Dr. McDade is the best dentist I have ever been to. He Makes Your Visit very Pleasant.

Dr. Johnston and the staff here are excellent! Very friendly and they do a great job of easing anxiety and making patients feel comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

great place to have your dental done

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Johnston and the staff and Shepherdsville Family Dental went out of their way to ease my anxiety, and to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure. They also went out of their way to show me different treatment options and plans that would fit my needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service and care I received.

Staff very pleasant as always. My first time seeing Dr. Johnston he was very professional and took the time to explain everything about my procedure. He was very gentle.
