Thankfully, I don't have huge issues with by back, but I do have a chronic lower back issue that disallows me from doing certain yoga poses and lifting weights without experiencing sharp pain for days afterward.Visiting Dr. Donahue was eye-opening. I wanted to learn what was wrong and what I could do to fix it. He told me exactly why I experience pain and gave me exercises to alleviate and prevent pain. I am all about taking responsibility for my own health, so I'm glad the Dr.'s inclination is to help people help themselves.

Dr. Donahue and his staff are incredible. Dr. Donahue does a phenomenal job of explaining the problem, and showing exercises that can help alleviate the pain I have in my back (and preventing future injury). His staff do an excellent job of helping to navigate the rough waters of insurance, and ensuring that papers are properly submitted. I am very, very thankful for Dr. Donahue, and would recommend his practice to anyone.

Service is always first class here. The doctors are friendly, knowledgeable and do whatever it takes to put you back on the path to wellness. The massage therapists make you feel at ease and work with the doctors to make sure the treatments further progress your healing. I would highly recommend CS&S to everyone I know.
