Great service! Brought vehicle in late Sunday. Had an appointment for Tuesday. Vehicle was diagnosed on Monday and work requested was completed the same day. Very fair price for work performed on vehicle. Hope to get vehicle back in soon for some additional work that needs to be performed.

Left car for service at 9am for oil change and brake inspection. Car has 35k miles said i needed $700 of work. Could not believe it, picked car up, two miles down the high way on way to chicago a wheel feel off. The laughed said it could not happen. Lawyer has been contacted ... dont go there

They really helped me out! I thought my battery was dead, not only did they drive to my car to jump it, but they found that it was just loose cables and fixed it for free! They were so kind and helpful!

I went to True Tech Auto just to get an oil change, taking advantage of a Groupon. I'll definitely come back. During my wait I observed how they dealt with customers, and how they talked among themselves about the repair problems that customers were facing. I was struck by their honesty and fairness, as well as by their thoroughness and expertise.

I did oil change for my car about one month ago. Even though I just drove 150 miles after oil change, my car displayed that the life of oil only has 15% left on last week. I feel so bad about this service.

I had a pretty disconcerting experience the first time my vehicle was repaired, but decided to give Rich and crew the benefit of the doubt. Turned another vehicle over to him, and was very surprised to see that he tried to sell me unnecessary parts. Not only did I have more work for him, but a relative intended to send her vehicle to him for service. I will not patronize his establishment again, and will not recommend him to anyone.

True Tech employs excellent mechanics. True Tech is also very friendly and the most honest mechanics we have ever worked with.

There were quite a few things wrong with my car, and for replacement parts they were able to give me a few options on what could be done, like a used or a new replacement part. They were friendly and easy to work with. I would go back if I have anymore problems with my car.
