Optometrist was awesome. The aid who helped us before hand was a bit smart mouth (my son even commented on it to me) and foul. But, the actual doctor was very helpful and very thorough.

It was the most unfriendly eye exam I have had in my 20 plus years of exams . Dr.Horton had no personality . She didnt introduce herself . she only spoke when she had to. Did not engage in any conversation with me . I will never go to her again but I will continue to take my kids to Dr. Shake whom we love!

5-4-13 Today was the first time that my husband was a patient of Dr. Shake he was really impressed with how Dr. Shake took time and personal concern of my husbands needs. Thanks Dr. Shake you made my husband feel very at ease.

Very unhappy.
Went in because of a problem involving my left eye lid which was red and swollen. Mis-diagnosed as allergies, turned out to be an infection which now requires oral antibiotics.
