Good service and a pretty fast repair. Only complaint I have is when a customer says that they want all new parts, don't try to reuse something that could be bad. Then have to buy that part anyways. Other than that, will definitely go back for stuff I can't do.

Lucas and his team replaced and repaired a noisy pulley by pressing in a new bearing instead buying a brand new complete pulley which saved me money and I really appreciated the savings. I paided for that work but the noise returned. Lucas and his team then replaced a belt and let me drive the truck a few days and said if that fixes it then we will settle up on the bill. It worked and I returned to the shop and paid for the belt. Very satisfied and impressed with the way this was handled. Its nice to do business with people that trust you and stand behind their work. The receptionist is also very polite and you can tell she and Lucas take pride in their work and care about the customers and the company. Finding staff that can do both is often not easy. You can count on me to refer my friends and family to Dun-Rite.
