Just want to say a little thanks for the great job all of the staff did in Dr. Brown's office. I was so reluctant to mention my concerns previously (well, because I am a nurse and I hate it when patients have unwarrented complaints.) However, everyone addressed my issue promptly and Dr. Brown even visited my business to check up on me. It was awesome to see my suggestions in practice. Thanks everyone for the outstanding customer service and for listening to your patients. You guys rock.

The Indian gal or middle eastern descent hygienist that cleans my teeth there is not nearly gentle enough for me. I've had my teeth cleaned many times and find her to be way too rough grinding tools into my gum lines. I've let her know by my discomfort but does not seem to change much. I am either requesting another hygienist for cleanings or may find another place to go.

We wouldn't go anywhere else! Nicest staff and so attentive to my daughter and me. We go every 5 weeks for orthodontal care and it has been a great experience every time.
