Sarah Johnson was first-rate. Very helpful advice. Excellent service.
Usually get a terrific haircut but not this time. Went in for a trim, told the stylist I was growing my hair out (was about shoulder length) and expected maybe half an inch off with some additional shaping. Instead, when the stylist initially began on the back of my head, he cut to the hairline, cutting two inches off the length. There was no recourse other than to continue the haircut, now a chin length bob. My hair is at least two inches shorter than what I wanted. I'm quite disappointed because I start a new job on June 3 and had hoped to look my best. Now I feel as if I don't. It will take several months for my hair to grow out. Will probably go back to Joe's but not to that particular stylist.
