Love, love, love my hair!! Krista did, and always does, an amazing job that I'm excited to show off. Definitely found my new salon!! Thanks girl!!

Krista was phenomenal. Super friendly, knew what she was doing and explained why she was doing it as she did it. After my cut and wash was done, she even got down on her hands and knees while I tilted my head forward to make sure the styling product was thoroughly distributed throughout my hair and shared new tips for styling with me. Could not ask for better service and outcome!

David was great, as always!

I have been seeing Melle for a number of years and have no inclination of switching to another hairstylist as she always does a phenomenal job on my hair and is just the most lovely person to be around. She has seen me through chin length to pixie length to below the shoulder-length, intuitively understands issues associated with my fine hair, and I totally trust her. The salon is smaller in scale so it is very comfortable and there are many amenities provided. Unreservedly recommended.

Natalie was patient with me as I described a big change in style, and it turned out to be a fitting look. The other stylists also commented on what a great cut it was. It is such a warm community in there, and the atmosphere is great too. I've been going to Urban Lift for over 3 years and do not intend to go elsewhere while I'm in Chicago!
