Ryan has always been upfront and honest in what needed to be done with my car. He has always given me options and recomended solutions based on needs. In addition, he has always been very fare with his pricing. Both Ryan and Ben are great people you can trust. I highly recomend their service shop to Everyone.
Though what I needed done was relatively minor, I was able to show up without an appointment and get it taken care of in a matter of minutes. Very impressive. Great people and great service!

Nice folks! They are knowledgeable about MINIs, but their services cost less than the dealer. When I call, someone answers the phone and schedules an appointment for me right away (not the experience I have had with the dealer). They don't recommend unnecessary repairs, but they do a detailed inspection and during this past visit they very clearly explained what kinds of maintenance issues were coming up, without pressuring me to have them done right away.
Excellent service, honest assessments and no BS selling gimmicks. Keep up the honest work.
