Kumiko truly understands the structure and geometry of hair, creating a style and shape that best suits your face. She such has a gentle touch! She listens to what you want but is also willing to suggest ideas that invariably results in a better style. I've had cuts, trims, and highlights on my blonde hair with her -- all of them executed exactly the way I wanted. I received many compliments from friends asking where I had my hair done. I can't recommend her enough! And, I love the ability to schedule my appointments online and receive confirmations soon thereafter via email.

People here are all nice and friendly. The stylist gave me a really good look and taught me how to take care of my hair health. I wish they provide some tea though. It is a little bit pricy but the quality is really good. Highly recommended!

I had an updo lesson with Kumiko, and she said she would email me photos and directions, and she still has not done that. She also said that she would give me some Japanese bobby pins, and she did not do that either. Total waste of $120.

Nori gave me an awesome haircut! My hair was very long - about down to my elbows - and I was a little nervous about cutting it short. Nori was patient and took his time with my hair. I hate it when stylists use razors on my hair, but Nori only used scissors and really listened to me when I told him that my hair was prone to "poofing." I received TONS of compliments on my new short hair and everyone kept saying what a GREAT CUT it was. Thanks, Nori!
