I called at 6:00 to see if I could get a waxing appointment and I was told how soon can I be there. It was so great to be accommodated so quickly. Melissa was waiting for me! She is very professional and friendly just like the rest of the staff at DPZ on West. I always feel like I am with family when I go to DPZ!

I had one of the best experiences EVER at DPZ!! From the time I walked in til the time I walked out!!! I have been hearing for years that the team was talented and kept up on education but I never put much weight into that until I went there. They not only keep up but when I was there they had a woman from Kerastase there and she even talked to me! I am completely impressed and my hair is truly enjoying my new hair products & the cut & color I got from Heather is bar none!!! Thank you DPZ!!!

I'm greeted with such a professional manner, and, my stylest focuses only on me which is very important to me because other places I've visited, the stylest would talk to others and not give me the shape I would ask for.
