Overall opinion is positive for Blue Grotto:
personnel, service, styling (especially the shampoo time!), and products which I purchased and am using. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to my next visit!

I am putting a single star because I have put on here at least four times about the seating at the salon. The seating is not practical at all! There needs to be better seating and with back support.

I love Blue Grotto Salon. Krystal McGrew always makes me beautiful!! She does an amazing job and is good to suggest what she thinks is best for your hair. My hair has been short, long, brown, blonde and I have never had a bad experiece. My loyalty lies with Krystal at Blue Grotto!!

Krystal was amazing. Not only did she take extensive time on my haircut she also showed me how I can recreate the style. I will definitely be returning!!!
