I love the ease of booking online or calling to make an appointment. I have never been disappointed here when Hedieh has done my hair. My last appointment was a cut, highlights, and Brazilian express treatment. Everything turned out great and she was able to work my schedule and hers to get me in.

Fernanda works wonders on my coarse and unruly hair! After my Kerastase treatment, I was blown away! She, Sue Dorna and the entire team are amazing!

I've been a customer of Myrna Alcantara for many years now, driving 20-30 minutes one way in order to keep her as my color specialist and stylist. When she told me she had made a change in location, I didn't hesitate to follow her to this salon, and was additionally happy with the atmosphere of Encore Color Studio. The shop is set up with a color bar, the colors lined up along the side wall behind a "bar" where you can comfortably sit and easily reach your wineglass or coffee cup and a book, phone, whatever you keep handy for those down moments between color application and wash-out. It was fun watching Myrna mix the color formula right there (instead of disappearing behind a magic curtain).

The shop has a sleek, European feel to it and the hair and color specialists use Aveda products, which is also important to me. Encore meets my order of hair preferences nicely; Myrna Alcantara, Aveda products, unique atmosphere. I will happily be returning time and again for complete hair care. Oh! Did I mention the back and shoulder massage feature in the shampoo chairs? Very nice! A great perk to look forward to in a few weeks when it's time to cover the roots again.
