I really love your salon, it has a nice friendly feel to it.

One thing I will say that is a common complaint among many of my friends and I know is common practice with other salons is the charge of blow dry with color. I feel that is could be done without charge or at least at lesser fee. Seems you pay alot for the color/highlights and than leave with damp hair.

I woke up today with the urge to change my hair, without really even knowing what I wanted. Rachel took what little I knew I wanted and gave me such beautiful highlights. She's amazing! With the friendly atmosphere, the massage chairs, and the great job by Rachel, Encore won me over!

I was so pleased with the way the color stylist, Joyce handled not only my hair, but me as a whole person. I'm losing my hair to a life threatening condition called Lupus. She understood how I felt about my hair, she explained to me the product she wanted to use on my hair, why she was using it and how to take care of my hair afterwards. Also she shared an interest of how she wanted to take care of my hair.
I couldn't believe how much healthier my hair and my face looks since she colored my hair a few days ago. This is the first time I have been very pleased with the color processing of my hair in over a year. The salon is very personable, I will be back again.

Each time I come in, the staff are friendly and professional. I actually started going to Encore because my previous stylist is now working here. I've not yet had a bad experience and actually with the professionalism at Encore don't expect to. Plus the shampoos are fabulous, too!

The best most professional salon I have ever been to. It is now a pleasure and a very relaxing experience to have my hair done. The stylists listen to what you want and make it happen!!

LOVE Fernanda! She does an excellent job with color and she cut about 2 inches off and I love the cut too.
