I read the reviews about the wait time. My experience was very good, at first. The more I come, however, the worse it gets. I was afraid of that. The treatments have been VERY effective though. I guess that makes it even.
The girl that did my Velashape Mercedes was great, but she got interrupted to during my session. I think if the client has a session that there should not be any interruption during the session.

Nice staff. Dr Patria is very professional and I like the way she does my Botox. She is a wonderful person and I like her personality, her advices, her recommendations and the way she take care of me. The waiting time is the only problem.
Dra. Patria es una maravillosa persona con mucho profesionalismo. Me gusta su manera de ser, sus recomendaciones y la manera como ella cuida de mi cuando estoy ahi. Me gusta como hace su trabajo de botoz y tiene un personal muy amable. Lo unico malo es el tiempo de espera y creo que eso es lo que hay que mejorar.

The service was good. The staffs that I interact with was very friendly and courteous. The office was clean and smelling good as always. The wait was not too long. And its was easy to get an appointment.

YOUR WAITING TIME IS BECOMING RIDICULOUS, SOME OF YOUR STAFF HAVE SEVERE ATTITUDES, RECEPTION DESK-RUDE & DO NOT HANDLE QUESTIONS WELL-THEY ALWAYS SEEM ANNOYED.
