I have been going to spas for years and I don't know why it has taken me this long to go to Lane Spa. My experience at Lane Spa was absolutely wonderful. My massage therapist, Cece, is one of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be returning. However, my only criticism is upon arrival. As a new client, and as a spa-goer who is accustomed to being greeted and escorted to the changing area/lounge, I felt that I was supposed to assume how the Lane Spa operates, which, upon arrival is quite different from most spas I have been to.
I was a little sadden that my room was right near the waiting room area. I could hear the voices of the staff and others that were waiting on there spa services. The music had to be turned up in my room and it was a little loud, but that was the only way not to hear the noise. Everything else was great! I'm loving my product that I purchased!
It was fabulous.
