Gave John a handwritten list of 5 things I wanted done for my car; the first item was completely omitted, an oil change, actually my primary reason for scheduling the maintenance. Also, requested a tire balance and rotation and am unhappy with that due to some apparent wear on the tires that causes them to be audible as well as break unsteadily.
The staff is always courteous and helpful and the quality of their work is top notch.

Doing the rotation and alignment on the Tundra, yes it took a little longer than I expected, but I do understand that it was a Saturday and I didn't get there until about 8:15am.
