The service and atmosphere at the Root of You Salon is excellent. The salon is well run. Toni, my stylist, is extremely friendly, funny, yet very professional. I have a very sensitive scalp, so she tailors my services to suit my needs. As a result, my hair is very healthy, and always looks great after every service. I've used other stylists at the salon and they were good as well.

Paid entirely too much for a flat iron style 70 bucks and left there looking frizzy. On top of waiting for 4+ hours just to be blown oug after sitting under the dryer for almost 2 hrs.

I enjoyed the 2 hours spent at the spa with a seaweed body mask & signature massage. Danielle was very pleasant and accommodating at the reception desk and Gabriella was very professional and patient. I left feeling very relaxed.

I have been coming to the salon every month since February 2012 for the start of my locs. LaRuth has been my primary stylist and she has done a wonderful job. I'm comfortable with her quality and the timeliness of her services. She takes the time to know my hair and what will work on my hair texture. I would refer her services to others whom would inquire of a stylist.

the service was not what I expected nor did my friend that I took. We have been before and the person we usually use is very good but she was busy. The two persons we got didn't match up at all.
