Very nice Spa! Don't know why I waited as long I did to check out the place and use my gift card. The owner was wonderful with helping me choose the best option for my skin problem. I have Hyperpigmentation/Melasma on my face so I've started the Obagi Nu-Derm system. I'm on day 6, so far so good. I will visit Skin Deep Spa again next week for a Hydra-facial....looking forward to it!
The price was high. I received a "basic" bikini wax for the price of a Brazilian wax anywhere else. I arrived 1 hour early and was not seen until my appointment time, which was fine but it would have been nice to have someone speak with me and tell me that my service provider would not be able to see me early. In addition, after the wax I had an uneven wax and a noticeable amount of wax left on my skin. Overall, I definitely feel like I overpaid for a mediocre experience. I will not return or recommend.

Lazy people all they want is your money...and you never get what you want when you go get your hair done because they never have the right time for you!Stay away don't take the chance you will leave with a headache....

As always the massage was awesome! The front desk is always helpful and polite. This visit I asked about talking to someone about skin treatments, I was told I would get a consultation. It wasn't explained that there would be a charge. I also maybe spent 5 minutes with the girl who did my "consultation". I was not impressed with this and would not recommend it to anyone else. Would recommend massage, but NOT skin consultation!!!!!!
