I have been very happy to have Dr. McQueen and Innovative Eyecare as my eye care provider since moving to Austin 4 years ago. The office visits are always very efficient and thorough. My experiences with ordering contact lenses and eyeglasses have been great as well.
Wonderful - I am nearsighted enough to need reading glasses, which I can't stand. They spent enough time with me to understand what I was after, and what range of vision I needed to work. They then offered a solution that worked for me. I also have enough followup visits to make sure that everything is perfect

Everything went very smoothly. Dr. McQueen is professional and personable. He takes time to explain everything and answer questions. When it came time to pick frames, Melanie was extremely patient and helpful in getting us the right frames and matching our needs to our insurance program.
