My neighbor highly recommended Hemlock Bluffs to us and we are very greatful. The staff is exceptional! They are very in tuned to the anxiety my dog Calli has. In the past, Calli has had a few procedures. That night, the Dr. did a follow up call to check on her. We also highly recommend Hemlock Bluffs. There is a bonus they also have boarding which is wonderful. It makes Calli's stay more comfortable because she knows the staff and surroundings. Thank you everyone at Hemlock Bluffs for loving our pets as much as we do!
We can't say enough good and positive things about Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital. We first went there many years ago when they were located in Cary where they took great care of our dog and cat. After they both died it took quite a few years before we took on the responsibility of another pet. Recently, we rescued a Soft Coated Wheaton. Naturally, Hemlock Bluffs was our veterinarian of choice! The doctors are all wonderful, knowledgeable, personal, and patient. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them and knowing that our Murphy runs to their door for his visits tells a lot about Hemlock Bluffs.
Very nice from the front deck to the vet. Answered all my questions and had great information on exotics. Super helpful. We will be back!
We have been patients since Hemlock Bluffs started at the old location in Cary. We have been consistently 100% satisfied with the level of care and professionalism everyone has shown.
We moved 45 minutes away and needed a closer vet. After searching online (and even driving around to see what vets were nearby), we made a list of a few and started doing some research. Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital consistently had amazing reviews. After going for my cats first appointment, I can see why. The staff was so friendly and very professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing (they even turned the TV to a kids show for my son while we waited, which wasn't very long at all and we had arrived early). The room was super clean and the Vet Tech and Vet were extremely nice, informative, and truly caring toward my pet (and my son). :) I am thrilled to have found this vet!
My dog, Rudy's eye was scratched and penetrated by a cat. It was infected and Rudy would not eat or do anything. Thanks to Dr. Snyder's care and prescribed medicine, Rudy is well and back to his old self. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They would greet Rudy by name on his rechecks and ask about him. I was informed of all the treatment options along with the costs. Rudy has lost sight in that eye, but, thanks to HBAH, he has his life and I am forever thankful.
Everyone there is the best and really care about pets. Couldn't ask for better care for our 17 year old cat. In the past we've used a number of "cats only" clinics and while Hemlock cares for dogs as well, our cat gets better care than we've ever experienced.
Thanks for taking good care of my kitty.
I had a slight emergency with my pet and the staff worked me in immediately. All individuals were pleasant, kind and obviously concerned about my pet as well as my level of comfort with their care. The problem appears to be resolved, yet I am confident it will be addressed promptly should it arise again. Based on this one visit, I would recommend Hemlock Bluffs.
We have used Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital for many, many years. The doctors and the rest of the staff are so great! We feel very comfortable leaving our pets health and well being in their hands. Love the gentle and loving care they always give our cats and dogs!!! And the friendly atmosphere for us the pet owners.. And the new clinic is amazing!!
Well done,Dr. Snyder and staff!!!
The staff and doctors at Hemlock are fantastic. I definitely feel Scout is getting the best care possible. As many have said in past reviews, they are a little pricey but the service and excellent care far out way the additional cost.
The wellness exam for Holly and Tucker went great and both of them were pleased with the experience. Both know the term "Doggy Doctor"
