I loved Stacey. She was the first hair stylist to recommend waiting to do a specific haircut on me, until she knows the texture of my hair (I am a new client). I give her great kudos for that. I enjoyed the scalp massage as well.
I love, love, love my hair cut. When I asked Stacey how she got the flip in my hair, she took the time to show me how to do it.
The lady that welcomed me was very friendly as well.
I like the layout of the salon, it has a European vibe to it.
I will definitely return to Lusters Salon.

Great service. But, I was not satisfied with my cut at all! Might send my girlfriend for the service with a different stylist.

I have never been disappointed with any of my visits to Luster Salon. They deliver at every level: their reception staff is super friendly, I get tended to while my color processes with a delightful hand parafin dip and I get exactly what I want with my cut and color.

It was not good. They did not listen to what I wanted. It was an important day to me and I had to find someone else to do my hair. Not happy.

I had such a great experience as a first time client! The salon is very welcoming and classy, but not at all pretentious. Tori did a fantastic job- from consultation through styling, I felt that she really listened to what I wanted and did excellent work. I will definitely be going back!
