*All personnel were considerate and direct
*Techs appeared to well trained and organized
*Equipment appears to be in very good condition, clean and sterilzed after use; the techs seemed to be comfortable in knowing how to use the equipment
*Techs were curtious and caring, but did not partake in unncecessary conversation or make comments as to what the information they were gathering meant...they left that for the doctor which is appropriate, so not to mislead or create unnecessary concern for the patient
*Dr. is very knowledgeable. He is confident but certainly not arrogant. Excellent eye contact and listening skills. Respectful and patient and he ensured that I understood his opinion and his recommendations. He provided me with a handout to review at home to reinforce what he told me.

This was a very good experience overall and I will not hesitate to go back for my next exam because I think I developed a level of trust and confidence. Signed, Doug Carpenter
