Generations Salon

I am never disappointed with the level of services provided.

While the employees are very nice at Generations, I have tried them twice, and both times mistakes were made at the salon. The first time I received a wonderful haircut, but the highlights were much too blond for what I requested. Because of the great cut and nice service, I thought that I would try again. The previous stylist had quit so I was handed over to a new stylist. Again, a very nice person, but I knew something was wrong when he had to ask for advice from another employee, and he explained that my highlights had turned out too brassy and needed to be toned down. In addition, he was nervous because the salon had overbooked his clients, and he needed to get to some other people waiting to get their hair done right away.
All in all, I like the service, like the prices, but feel like they need to train the stylists better or hire more experienced people.
