Many thanks to the staff that work at the salon... I'm sorry I cannot provide you the names of the ladies that helped me but yesterday I was in the salon to purchase some nail polish and to ask for a product that would make my hair feel thicker as I have fine/normal hair... Without hesitation, the one girl rang me up and the other suggested the product right away... Within 5 minutes I had what I needed and was out the door... This is just one example of the wonderful Customer Service I was provided but each time I come in the experience is better... Thank you to your Team for everything they do... They make you feel like coming back :-)

I forget the name of the young lady who did my pedicure, but it was the best I have had anywhere, and I have had many in a lot of different places!

As usual, my experience at Elan was outstanding.

Two days ago, I had my 2nd cut, color, style, & highlights done at Elan Hair & Spa. I will NEVER go anywhere else! From the moment I walked in the door, to the time I left, I was treated by all the staff as if I was the most important client they ever had! My stylist, Liz, knew exactly what I wanted & needed, with me giving her only a "picture" of what I would like to have done! Excellent knowlege, kind suggestions, fast & personable, I had no idea of how I would look, as w/o my glasses, I'm legally blind. When she was finished, & I looked in the mirror- "VOILA!" She had transformed me from a dull looking 56yr old, into a feminine, "young," bride-to-be, instead of the mother of the groom that I'm going to be! Thank you Liz, Thank you, Caitlyn, Thank you all at Elan, at the Lititz Pk., Lancaster location! I have finally found my new "home" with you, & will go NOWHERE ELSE!!

Ashley is a genius with my hair color & Cut! She does everything perfectly and also gives me good ideas for hair care! I trust her completely!
