I appreciated that you were able to get a substitute hygienist from your regular one called out that morning. I had the first appointment and she came a little late. So the office rearranged my visit with the dentist exam before the cleaning. They respected my time.

Georgina cleaned my teeth. She was very professional, educational and thorough. I loved my experience.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are punctual and professional. The most important quality about the office is the immediate attention to problems or concerns. Dr. Garber stops in and checks all the hygienists work. If there is major work that has to be done, he takes the time to discuss and explain numerous options. He does all the actual dental work himself. I highly recommend him and his staff.

The visit itself was great. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. At the end, the Dr brought me to the front desk to let the receptionist know what I would be coming back for. Unfortunately, it turns out that the 2 follow up appointments for later in the month I made before I left was never recorded in their calendar. I was even given a card with the dates on the back. When I called to see if I could reschedule one of the 2 appointments, the receptionist told me that she didn't see me in the calendar for the dates I was given at my first appointment. Not only did I lose my 2 appointments that were "scheduled," I was given a new date (only for one of the appointments) and that date ended up being a whole month later than the original dates and was told "our calendar fills up quick." I ended up just taking the one appointment in hopes that they would call me for a sooner date. Let's just hope I don't actually show up and have this happen again.

Pleasant, professional and efficient. The hygientest, Claudia and her staff are informative warm and engaging. A consistent and excellent experience .

I had a great visit for a routine cleaning. George Ann was a fantastic hygienist. She explained what she was doing and why. She was also very gentle - I didn't leave feeling pain at all.
