The visit itself was great. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. At the end, the Dr brought me to the front desk to let the receptionist know what I would be coming back for. Unfortunately, it turns out that the 2 follow up appointments for later in the month I made before I left was never recorded in their calendar. I was even given a card with the dates on the back. When I called to see if I could reschedule one of the 2 appointments, the receptionist told me that she didn't see me in the calendar for the dates I was given at my first appointment. Not only did I lose my 2 appointments that were "scheduled," I was given a new date (only for one of the appointments) and that date ended up being a whole month later than the original dates and was told "our calendar fills up quick." I ended up just taking the one appointment in hopes that they would call me for a sooner date. Let's just hope I don't actually show up and have this happen again.
Pleasant, professional and efficient. The hygientest, Claudia and her staff are informative warm and engaging. A consistent and excellent experience .

I had a great visit for a routine cleaning. George Ann was a fantastic hygienist. She explained what she was doing and why. She was also very gentle - I didn't leave feeling pain at all.

Most people are afraid of the dentist because of a pain factor.At Garber Dental you can expect the best dental care available any where. Jeff Garber is the best Dentist in the philadelphia area. I owe my great dental health to him and his outstanding staff.

Having someone (the hygienist) fiddling around in your mouth Is not fun; but the hygienist from 4/25/13 was gentle and supportive, even as she was thorough.
As always everyone is great - pleasant and professional.
