I stopped by the office [Primary Eyecare Center - SLO] without an appointment. Wanted to purchase lens cleaner as I was almost out. The staff was quite busy, though Denise spent a few minutes looking for some lens cleaner for me -- as the office also did not seem to have any in stock. She found a two-ounce bottle, which I was grateful to purchase. A small matter in the large scheme of things, but an example of office staff "going the extra mile" to help a patient. Much thanks!

Even though my situation is never straightforward, the staff here always provide great service and a friendly atmosphere.

I brought my infant in for her first eye appointment through Infantsee. What a wonderful experience!! Dr. Immoos is incredible with children. She was quick but thorough. My daughter actually had fun looking at all of the toys. Thank you for taking the time to look out for our children's eyes!!

Mostly good experience...frustrating trying to pick out glasses when they are unaffordable to me with all the additional costs so left without ordering any.

Dr. a bit condescending. Prices for glasses are far too expensive/overpriced.

I really liked what I picked out. Problems with the manufacturer of the lenses caused a delay. It took me a few days to adjust to the new strength and the jury is still out concerning where the bi-focal line hits.

Laura worked very hard to please me and she is very good at what she does. I still may need an adjustment but have become somewhat dependent on the new glasses for reading so don't want to give them up for a possible line adjustment.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful and Dr. Tobin is wonderful!

I was very thankful to have found them; they helped me to understand my insurance and what I could afford. Knowledgeable and honest!
