A great experience as usual. I started seeing Dr. Levi as an emergency patient 3 years ago; she agreed to fit me in when I desperately needed a root canal and was in alot of pain. Jeanette the office "fab girl on top of everything" is a pleasure and my wait time is never more than a few minutes. Since i needed a bit of work we worked out a long term plan that fit with my insurance doing the most needed items first and working our way through. I have had dentist phobia since i was a kid and now I really don't mind going, which says alot. They are professional and personable and there is a good sense of what is needed and what is optional; never pushy. I wouldn't think of looking for another dentist.

I think the only area of improvement I could suggest is beginning and ending appointments on time. Sometimes there is overlap between patients, which causes appointments to run long or begin late, which can be inconvenient for those missing work to come to an appointment.

I must say the best way to confirm what others think is to experience it yourself. As I have always believed, I have some of the best, most gentle hygienists. I have had my teeth cleaned by each of my staff members and can say that they are all thorough, and careful. Based on previous reviews, I am happy that you feel the same.
