Hi there. Love this office, but I have to say that Tami the hygienist gave me one of the roughest cleanings I've ever gotten. It wasn't just in one spot, it was on almost every spot. Her technique really scrapes the surrounding gum area. She also really scrapes HARD. My colleague went in to see her right afterward and he got the same treatment, so I don't think it's just me.

I also think Tami isn't very tuned in to whether or not her talk is connecting with the person she's treating. She's super cheerful and a great talker, but I wasn't really feeling her chat and she didn't seem to notice that, and never backed off. She's a very nice person, but I think she might benefit from getting this feedback.

It was pathetic!!! The food was terrible ~ like you get NONE ! only they are one fun crew. Just that I was expecting more of a dental SPA experience with all the amenities - a massage 'n stuff. And, you don't get no stinkin T shirt either with the Levi Mob pic on the back!! Instead they pass out a wimpy tube of paste and a "I heart Robin" tooth brush. Now, how lame is that?

One crummy star only cus it wouldn't let me get away without one.

Customer service and care consistently very good. Hygienist good but perhaps a little too talkative.

I love your office, but the hygienist was too aggressive on my teeth and I had a headache all day. Please do not schedule me with her again.

Excellent Service by DDS Robin Tornai Levi and her entire staff

I think the only area of improvement I could suggest is beginning and ending appointments on time. Sometimes there is overlap between patients, which causes appointments to run long or begin late, which can be inconvenient for those missing work to come to an appointment.

I must say the best way to confirm what others think is to experience it yourself. As I have always believed, I have some of the best, most gentle hygienists. I have had my teeth cleaned by each of my staff members and can say that they are all thorough, and careful. Based on previous reviews, I am happy that you feel the same.
