I bought a gift certificate that expires. I will most likely not purchase another gift certificate from Robert Andrews because gift cards and gift certificates that charge for the purchase and also expire are not a good value to your customer. There is plenty of competition in the beauty/spa market, such that I will find another gift card that does not expire and does not charge a fee.
had a massage with Gloria. massage overall was fast and not very relaxing.... was supposed to have hot stones; she only used them for 5 mins on back. not impressed for the $110 I had to pay. my appt was at 6.... it ended at 6:50....also disappointed in that.
Masseuse talked the entire duration of the signature massage. I was unable to relax and he kept talking and talking.....
It was a wonderful experience and my hair looked fantastic afterwards; however, the curls started to fall within two hours of when I left.

I had a waxing appointment with Kristin and she was amazing. My eyebrows look fantastic! Kristin took her time, shaped, trimmed and double checked her work. She will be my go to person from now on.
My mom and I had a pedicure. Mom especially liked Iris. I had Mia, and she was very nice as well.
Shannon was great. Very knowledgable and asked me important questions before she began waxing. My only disappointment was whenI called I asked the rep how long I should wait to wax after a facial. She only felt a couple days were sufficient, the asthetician suggested a weeek in between. I did have some breakouts after the waxing. But that could also have been a result of the facial. I will definitly go back and ask for Shannon. My suggestion is staff should be consistent with their advice.

The ladies that did my massage, facial and mani/pedi were fantastic! I will definitely schedule with them again. Everything was great except they forgot to get us our lunch, we finally asked someone after sitting in the lounge waiting for 45 mins. and we ended up only having 15 minutes to eat and change before heading upstairs. That was disappointing because the salad was good and I would have liked to have been able to enjoy it.
Very pleased with my manicure.
Usually it's great but I got a tan at 7:00 went to bed around 9 and the tan rubbed off on my sheets and I woke up with uneven spots when I called they said they give me a re do which is very good customer service.
