I bought a gift certificate that expires. I will most likely not purchase another gift certificate from Robert Andrews because gift cards and gift certificates that charge for the purchase and also expire are not a good value to your customer. There is plenty of competition in the beauty/spa market, such that I will find another gift card that does not expire and does not charge a fee.
Mandy is the best hair colorist I have ever known!!!!!!!!!! I love the color she blends and it look so natural.................. I love it!!!!!!!!!
The check in process is chaotic with someone asking every 30 seconds who you are waiting for.
Stephanie did my hair service. She did a fabulous job. Helped me with hair products, but wasn't pushy. Did I nice job on my haircut too. I just can't afford $62 every six weeks. But it was a nice one time treat.
Kelly was great! After being burned and having patches of hair after a brazilian waxing, it was refreshing to have someone who could do it right. I was also very happy to found a new brow lady who doesn't chop off my eyebrows. Very happy at my new find.

I was excited to use my 40th birthday gift certificate! Friends told me that a facial was the best way to go - a neck, arm, hand massage and a fresh feeling face when you are finished. I went for the facial instead of the massage. I went with a friend. After talking, my experience was completely different than hers. Once I found out what the session should have included, I was extremely dissappointed in the service provider. I won't schedule another facial.
