I had a great experience with this dentist and his staff. They got me right in, did great work, and were reasonably priced compared to other dentists in town. Overall, a great value.

I love this office. All staff from front desk to assistants to doc himself. Only downfall was that I had to wait an hour and a half when I had left work early to make it to the appointment. The staff did explain though that they had 2 emergencies come in which is not the norm. At the same time, it was kind of refreshing to know that if an emergency did occur, they would get you in ASAP.

The staff are all very friendly, and Dr. Smith will take the time to address any and all questions.

However, there seems to be a decent turnover of staff, and the hygienist I had was not very gentle. I think a big part of that was her being pretty new to the profession.
