I have been coming to Wisteria for several years. I want to walk out of the salon feeling like I got my $$ worth. I have not felt that way the past several visits. Especially the last two visits. I was just there and again, my hair cut is not working for me. This is the 4th cut with this style and I would think by now, the cut would have been conveyed well enough that I should be happy with it. I love my stylist. She's wonderful but the new products (hair color especially) is not working for me. My hair feels brittle and dry. I let my stylist know this time that it was dry from the last visit. It's even more dry this time. I'm not real happy at this point.

I was frustrated because I had an appointment with Leslee and something came up so they called me to reschedule. It's hard enough to schedule an appointment in the first place and I had rearranged my work schedule so I could come so I really didn't want to have to wait another month to get an appointment with her. Thankfully, Megan was able to take me and I was so happy with her, my hair and the whole experience. I will be torn next time as to whether I want to schedule with Megan or Leslee.
Kristin Abrams is superb. Your reminder system confused me this time. I received an email 10+ days before saying my appointment was on Wednesday, May 29 at 2:00. That was several days before Wednesday May 22 and I assumed your reminders went out a few days before. I showed up a week early. Then, I received a couple more reminders, which was fine, but I think it may be more effective to just send one email several days before. If you want to send an email 2 weeks before asking the guest if they still intend to keep their scheduled appointment, that would be fine.
