LOVE LOVE LOVE Blue Spa!!! Kimberly is the laser technician I usually see for Laser Genesis and I simply adore her. She is extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly educated, and makes you feel confident, comfortable, and safe during treatments. I like Michelle a lot, but the front desk person is so rude and very mean. She is a real nasty person and is terrible for business after several years at Blu I will look for somewhere else. I was badly scarred by a procedure and I need a lot of help. I was told by a dermatologist and a Plastic surgeon to Sue or get my money back and all I asked for was a sample of a skin care product and she acted like I was asking for a million dollars.

A very pleasant experience!! I've been going to Blue for about 10 years. I can't say I have had any negative experiences.
