LOVE LOVE LOVE Blue Spa!!! Kimberly is the laser technician I usually see for Laser Genesis and I simply adore her. She is extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly educated, and makes you feel confident, comfortable, and safe during treatments. I recently bought round two of Laser Genesis series and I am getting crazy compliments on my skin. Thank you Blue Spa!!! You make a woman in her late thirties very proud of her skin:)
This was my first time ever going to the spa, although I have always wanted to go for years. I had a consult with Hasmik, and she was just wonderful, she is very knowledgeable, and sweet. Hasmik got me an appointment that same day. I was also very happy with the rest of the staff. They were very nice and helpful while I waited for my appointment. I came in for a peel, but Hasmik suggested that I get an extraction with micro, and I have to tell you, that was the best suggestion ever. After I got my treatment, I peeled the next few days and then my skin looked great, people at work were giving complements on it. I have had other microdermabrasions before, and have spent more than I did the day I came. But overall this was the best I ever got, I will come back soon and get another one. I have told my friends about Hasmik and the spa, and how great you all are, thank you!!

I like Michelle a lot, but the front desk person is so rude and very mean. She is a real nasty person and is terrible for business after several years at Blu I will look for somewhere else. I was badly scarred by a procedure and I need a lot of help. I was told by a dermatologist and a Plastic surgeon to Sue or get my money back and all I asked for was a sample of a skin care product and she acted like I was asking for a million dollars.
A very pleasant experience!! I've been going to Blue for about 10 years. I can't say I have had any negative experiences.
