I took my car to the dealer, and they provided me a list of repairs that were necessary and critical. I took it to ISM for a second opinion and estimates. They determined that the repairs were not necessary, but other more important repairs were. They saved me time, money, and provided the services in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!

p.s. Did you discontinued the practice of washing the car after the service? It's the second straight time that the car was not washed when I picked it up. I was assured after the first miss that the car wash practice still holds true. Did that changed since?

I think your work is excellent but it would be nice if you would treat everyone as a potential customer. I was walking through the garage looking for my car and the garage staff was treating me as though I shouldn't be there. When they found out that I was a customer they then started to call me Sir. But other than that your service is always fast and reliable.
Staff attentive to descriptions of issues. IMS staff is very courteous and profession. Work done is on time and correctly. I was very satisfied with IMS's work on my Audi.

You are correct that we do normally wash our customers cars for them as a courtesy. However, since it is a courtesy sometimes it just depends on our work load whether we can accomplish it on any given day. On your most recent visit your wife called to say she needed to pick up the car early, which we accommodated but it meant we ran out of time to perform a car wash. We do want to assure you that you and your wife are valued customers and that we appreciate your business.
