Green Apple Dental

My experience and first two appointments were excellent (five stars). Unfortunately, this time around I was quite dissatisfied. I went in with considerable pain (the reason for the emergency appointment) and absolutely nothing was done to alleviate my pain. Upon exiting I did receive a prescription for Vicodin and a printout indicating I need a $2,400 root canal. On another note, this is actually the second time I have been disenchanted. The first was when I had scheduled an appointment weeks in advance with a specific doctor and when I was called by the scheduler two days prior to my appointment to confirm whether I was showing up, I was informed that a unilateral decision had been made to switch me to another doctor. With regard to my current situation, I am still in miserable pain (so today I can only proffer one star). Is it time to look for a new dentist?

Felt a bit like a factory- the people were nice but no one provided an overview of what I was to expect. I was taken directly to get xrays without knowing when I was going to see the dentist and the name of the dentist. I appreciate the effort to make people comfortable with essental oils, a vibrating chair and mood music, but I really just wanted to have a good understanding of what was entailed in the visit and an opportunity to have an un-rushed conversation with a dentist.

Very friendly and professional. I was impressed that even after several years the staff remembered who I was. They either take great notes or have a great memory!

Great place. This last cleaning was the least uncomfortable I've ever had. I think her name was Kim or Kam? She never bumped my sensitive gums once. Thank you! And Holly (I think) was very nice and personable, too. And had really amazing teeth. Good team.

Cam the dental hygienist was awesome! Professional, nice and an efficient worker. I am definitely asking for her by name the next time I need a cleaning. Plus I can never beat the pampering I get at Green Apple Dental.

I will be honest... was not looking forward to my appointment, but as soon as I got there I remembered how much I like Green Apple and I quickly changed my tune.
