I felt like Dr. really took the time to listen and talk with me about my problem. Friendly staff at front desk, as well. Excellent first experience.
I went in for my initial consult as a new patient and I did not know what to expect since I had never been to a chiropractor before. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful upon arrival. What shocked me the most was the fact that the doctor met with me before any exam started to ask me what my problems and concerns were. I like this approach a lot. The exam and x-rays were very thorough and everything was explained to my satisfaction. I am now anxiously awaiting my follow-up and adjustments as necessary. Thus far, I would highly recommend this practice.
It took one phone call, they took my insrance info and made appointment for the same day. Upon my arrival, they explained my coverages, I am responsible and what to expect from beginning to end. Then they treated me.
Having been through previous physical therapy and / or chiropratic care, the "not knowing what to expect" portion has been my only challenege. That has already been addressed. As far as I am concerned, it does not get any better.

Getting treated by Dr. Dennis is always such a treat, especially when you have an acute headache for four days. I felt relief within the first 15 minutes after leaving the office! Thank you to Dr. Dennis and the entire staff for helping me feel better. And it was so great to see so many familiar faces after 10 years.

I first saw Dr. Dennis in 1986. In 2008, I moved back to Fairfax and started seeing him again. He genuinely cares about his patients, as does Dr. Lisa. Just as important to keeping me adjusted, they always take me in on time. No waiting due to being overbooked like many doctors, plus they have evening and Saturday appointments. If you are skeptical of chiropractic, see Dr. Dennis.
Great friendly service where I feel part of a family. Only complaint is sometimes appointments can run later than normal.
