The staff and service at Eyes Over Copley is always wonderful. The Saturday hours are convenient as well.
I came in for a regular eye exam. As a new patient, I was a little skeptical of what kind of experience I would have, and how long they would take. Dr. Fox was thorough but down to the point, no unnecessary tests. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they took my VSP. I will definitely come back next year when I need another check-up.
Switching to Eyes over Copley was a great decision. Dr. Letourneau was incredibly friendly, knowledge, and compassionate. Even though I'm well used to key exams, she explained every single step and prepared for me for anything that could possibly be uncomfortable. The office is well equipped with the latest technology and contact lenses - the Optomap Retina Exam is by far the coolest experience I've ever had at a doctor's office!

I was very happy with how quickly I was able to get an appointment (not to mention on a Saturday so I didn't have to take work off). I have been going to Eyes Over Copley for a few years now and the staff has always been extremely pleasant.

I really like Dr Letourneau and the staff. They have a nice selection of frames and do a good comprehensive exam. I have been very happy with the glasses and contacts. They have been upfront about the fees for contact fittings.
Minus a star for two reasons. A few times after I ordered contacts they didn't contact me when they arrived and that by itself doesn't bother me, but when I email to ask they don't answer and if I call they get annoyed. How else am I supposed to know? They have also never given me my prescription after the exam for glasses or contacts fitting.
Fast and friendly service. Knoweldgable and helpful as well.
The doctor is very nice and friendly. She is also a very good doctor. The environment of the office is very pleasant.
